Bahco 9631-20-400 Long Flat Bit 20mm BAH963120
The Bahco 9631 20mm Long Flat Bit is designed for demanding applications requiring substantial hole sizes with extended reach. This 20mm diameter bit with 400mm overall length is ideal for larger plumbing installations, substantial cable runs, ventilation work, and construction projects where deep, accurate drilling through thick timber is essential. Manufactured from high-carbon steel with comprehensive heat treatment, the bit features a positive cutting angle that drills holes twice as fast and lasts three times longer than conventional alternatives, delivering exceptional productivity. The hardened blade is forged directly from the round shaft, ensuring the rigidity and strength needed to prevent deflection when drilling substantial holes to depth. The winged shoulder design cuts the wood circumference before removing the centre section, ensuring a smooth bore with superior swarf clearance. At 20mm, this size is particularly popular for standard waste pipe work, larger dowel applications, and general construction requiring both significant hole diameter and extended depth capability. Features and Benefits: • 20mm diameter for substantial plumbing and construction work • 400mm length reaches deep into awkward locations • Positive cutting angle doubles drilling speed and triples bit life • Forged blade construction maintains accuracy at depth • Winged design for clean finish and efficient waste removal Specifications: Diameter (mm): 20 Overall Length (mm): 400 Pack Qty.: 1
