Saliveze Mouth Spray is an artificial saliva solution for maintaining moisture of the mouth and replacing saliva when salivary flow is reduced, for example in people with a dry mouth as a result of having or having undergone radiotherapy or those with sicca syndrome.
Saliveze Mouth Spray is an aqueous solution of electrolytes in concentrations similar to those found in human saliva. It is pH neutral so can be used in both dentate and non-dentate patients and has a mild mint flavour.
DirectionsSaliveze Mouth Spray is sprayed into the mouth. Each depression of the spray pump in the bottle top dispenses 0.5ml of solution which is normally sufficient to moisten the mouth.
Cautions- Saliveze Mouth Spray should not be sprayed near the eyes.- Saliveze Mouth Spray should not be used in unconscious or sleeping patients.- Do not store at a temperatu.
