INDONESIA – This Catimor & Typica variety of coffee is grown near the volcanic Lake Toba in the Sumatra Region and processed using Giling Basah. It has huge body and a spicy aroma with hints of tobacco. GUATEMALA – Grown in the volcanic valleys surrounding Antigua, this coffee is chocolatey and sweet with notes of blackberries in its aroma. Guatemala have been growing coffee since the 1850s and produce some of our favourite coffee here at Coleridge & Lorne. PERU – Farmed organically in the mountainous region of La Naranja, Forest fruits are the them of the beautiful coffee which boasts crisp notes of blackberry & juicy plums with plenty of boozy sweetness. BRAZIL – These beans are roasted for a mild and easy-drinking flavour profile. It is grown in the beautiful region of Cerrado Minas Gerais and a naturally processed coffee of the varieties Mundo Novo, Catuai and Bourbon. ETHIOPIA – Grown very high up around 1700 – 2000 metres, this coffee is harvested in the Yigacheffe region from the coffee trees of the Heirloom variety. Expect really funky and floral flavours; think of Earl Grey tea and whisky. WORLD COFFEE RESEARCH – The World Coffee Research are doing a fantastic job working for the sustainability of coffee.
