All things bright and beautiful! These bicolour blooms will add colour to your summer garden especially when planted in large groups. Perfect for growing in beds, borders and containers alike. They are of medium height and make excellent cut flowers bringing the garden into the home! A magnet for pollinators and a useful as a garnish for your summer time drinks so what is there not to like!Sow Antirrhinum seeds indoors or under glass from January to March on the surface of a good quality seed compost and gently firm down. Place the seed tray in a propagator at a temperature of 20-25C (68-77F) or seal inside a clear polythene bag until germination which takes 10 - 21 days. Keep the compost damp but not wet and do not exclude light.When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into 7.5cm (3") pots and grow Snapdragon plants on in cooler conditions. When all risk of frost has passed, gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions over 7 - 10 days before planting outdoors. Plant Snapdragons at a distance of 30cm (12") apart on any light, well-drained soil in full sun.
