William Morris Bough Navy Mural
From William Morris At Home, the Willow Bough Fixed Size Mural in navy brings one of William Morris’s most recognisable motifs into a bold, contemporary interior. First created as a wallpaper design in 1887 and later adapted for fabric in 1895, the pattern is based on the natural form of willow boughs and sits within the Gallery’s collection of earlier printed chintz and wallpaper lengths. Block printed at Merton Abbey in a diagonal branch arrangement, it balances abstraction with a gentle reference to the outdoors. Designed to make a statement, this mural pairs shades of dusky navy blue, teal and light pastel blue against a deep navy backdrop. A matt substrate finish adds depth and visual intrigue, making it a considered choice for bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and dining rooms. Key features Paste-the-wall application with no decorating table or pre-cutting required Straight design match Pattern repeat: 0.01cm Strippable for straightforward removal Peels off in strips...
