The Wiha Softfinish 6 Piece VDE Insulated Screwdriver Set is a professional-grade toolkit designed for electrical work where safety and comfort are paramount. This comprehensive set combines slotted and Pozidriv screwdrivers, all manufactured to IEC 60900 standards for live electrical work. Each screwdriver features a chrome vanadium steel blade that's through-hardened for durability and finished in black. The insulation is moulded directly onto the blade for superior protection, with every tool individually tested at 10,000 V AC and approved for safe use up to 1,000 V AC. This makes the set ideal for electricians working on live installations, maintenance work on electrical panels, and any tasks requiring VDE-certified tools. The patented SoftFinish handle design sets these screwdrivers apart for professional tradespeople. Recommended by doctors and therapists at the German Campaign for Healthier Backs, the ergonomic grip reduces hand and muscle strain during extended use. Wiha's unique handle-length concept ensures optimum balance between torque application and precise control, making these tools suitable for both heavy-duty industrial work and delicate electrical installations.
